From a process-oriented approach, we will write a crisis management plan for you that, with a detailed crisis protocol, can be applied to any crisis. We then train the members of your crisis management team in various steps. Through our training, all team members know what is expected of them. We can also train your spokesperson(s) in dealing with the media, for example, using a journalist and cameraman.

In the event of a (potential) crisis, you call our emergency number and your dedicated contact person will immediately get in touch with your crisis team for assistance. During a crisis, unexpected events follow each other in rapid succession. It is precisely at this moment that media pressure also increases. This is what we train spokespersons for. Attention is given to quickly developing reactive statements and communicating them to the written press and in radio and TV interviews. Training always involves a training actor/journalist and, optionally, a cameraman.
Our crisis protocol is applicable to any crisis except for extortion or kidnapping. In those situations, there are so many specific do’s and don’ts that we add an extra (confidential) appendix to the crisis management plan. This appendix pays special attention to the relationship between the company and family/private matters, including training for the select group of people involved.
We will start together with all involved crisis management team members with an introductory crisis management training. This training explains what crisis management is, how the client’s crisis management organization is structured, and what the different roles and responsibilities are. Additionally, a scenario will be used to practice with the crisis protocol.
The next step is to provide ‘table top’ scenario trainings. In these sessions, a crisis management team in its actual composition is trained with a realistic, tailor-made scenario for the client. The participants train in their own roles and truly work together as a team.
The crisis management team always takes the initiative themselves. If desired, we can always support the team during a crisis with advice remotely or on-site if needed. So, we are not only reachable 24/7/365, but also available.
