Driving in a mobile 'safehouse'
At the end of the training, you will be able to responsibly handle the increased weight of the armored vehicle, both at normal and higher speeds. You will also know how to use the armored vehicle tactically in such a way that you can make optimal use of the safety features of the mobile 'safehouse'.

An armored vehicle behaves fundamentally differently in extreme situations
Starting level
You hold at least a valid CCV certificate or equivalent qualification and work as an executive chauffeur, security driver, or personal security officer.
Number of participants
Maximum of 2 participants per instruction vehicle.
Training duration
Five days, including practical exam.
Training location
The training takes place on public roads in the Netherlands.
Certification
On the final day of the course, the exam will be administered by an independent instructor from Cortex. Upon successful completion, you will receive the Armored Vehicle Driving Course certificate, issued by Cortex. After the course, you will receive a written report containing personalized follow-up advice.

During this training, application days can be registered with the CCV for the renewal of your CCV certificate.
